Here is a guideline for placement of uniform items (brass, patches, ribbons, etc) on the blue blazer and white shirts. There is no requirement to have all the items on the white shirt, if the blazer is worn, consider that optional. If the white shirt is worn without the blazer, then at a minimum, the brass and red cord should be worn. If open collar or bib scarf will be uniform of the day, notice will be sent in advance.
