The Department of Defense is proud to expand on-installation Exchange, commissary and morale, welfare and recreation program retail eligibility to:
· All Veterans with service-connected disabilities
· Purple Heart recipients
· Former prisoners of war
· Individuals approved and designated as the primary family caregivers of eligible veterans enrolled under the Department of Veterans Affairs Program of Comprehensive Assistance for Family Caregivers
Additionally, the Exchange’s Veterans Online Shopping Benefit allows all honorably discharged Veterans to shop tax free for life.
